Samadhan Services
Procedure to avail Citizen Services -
  1. Application Form at a cost of Rs. 30/- for domicile certificate and 10/- for other services , to be purchased from Samadhan Center .
  2. Fill in application form duly signed and completed alongwith necessary documents / Bank Challan as per Checklist of documents for the desired Service.
  3. Affidavits should be duly attested by Notary Officer at a Cost of Rs. 5/- towards Notary Fee (Only for Samadhan Services). Stamps should be duly pasted as applicable.
  4. Get the filled in form checked at the desk in Samadhan Kendra.
  5. Submit Checked Application Form at the Computer Counters.
  6. Collect the Acknowledgement Slip and keep it safe.
  7. Desired Certificate / Rejection Letter/ Status Report may be collected from Counter No. on date and time as mentioned in the Acknowledgement Slip
Timings -

Application Forms are available from 9 AM to 1-30 PM and from 3 PM to 4 PM

Filled in Application form can be submitted from 10-30 AM to 1-30 PM

Certifcates Delivery will be done from 4-00 PM to 5-30 PM as per Due Date given on Acknowledgement Slip.
